It can and sometimes must be changed before the start of work on the main project. It is important to be a picture frame of your interior.
Current state
The current state is the state found in your space (apartment, house, local ...) with actual purpose of the surface and the position of the rooms, walls, windows, doors, electricity, water... It is subject to changes due to the better organization of the same space, new design, better functionality or change of purpose of the space.In order to develop this part of the project which should determine the exact surface, dimensions and details of the space, it is necessary to submit a floor plan (base) of space (current state) printed or in digital form, otherwise the architect go on the field and take appropriate measurements on the spot.
Projected state
After it was finished the part of the project of current state, it starts with the development of the projected state in which are established above-mentioned parts of the current state (exact surface,dimensions,perceiving the details).At this point we determine which interventions are possible in the space. Next comes the development of the part of project that contains the new situation (new purpose of the surface, new positions of the rooms, walls, doors ...) where architect creates the space more functional as possible,taking into account your needs and desires.
Disposition of furniture and purpose of the rooms
This part of the project could not be done without new projected state (new purpose of the surface, new positions of the rooms, walls, doors ...) because it is the basis for developing the disposition of furniture and purpose of the rooms. At this stage of the design architect basically distributes furniture (with precise descriptions and dimensions) knowing exactly what is the purpose of each room and what each of them should contain. Very important part of the project because it is the basis for entering into elaboration of the final part of preliminary project, which will finally capture the complete picture of your space.
Sections a-a,b-b,c-c,d-d
The sections represent the view of the two-dimensional space. They are presented in the transverse and longitudinal variations. This allows that the space is seen „from the side“. 3D modeling

Distribution of water

Manufacture of rooms
